WE ARE DIAMONDS
[attr="class","artemisplotternameheader"]ARTEMIS
[attr="class","artemisplottertitleheaders"]In Her Hands Is My Heart True romance is not an appealing or practical path in the eyes of the snow-furred Sanzin Suitess, nor has it ever been a particular interest of hers. While in recent seasons her desire to have pups has increased, in her personal opinion, reproduction and love have no correlation. Though Artemis does often feel physical attraction towards those she deems desirable, emotional attraction is a foreign concept to her. But this does not prevent others from feeling any form of attraction towards her. A male packmate, one that Artemis grew up with, has always had eyes for her, and he has never hidden this fact from anyone, not even her. But she has never returned his affections, nor has she ever felt any interest in him. Despite this, he is loyal to her, often calling her "his" and other pet names. Internally, watching her eye up other males, or in some cases go off alone with them, he does get jealous, but he does his best not to show. While his efforts may seem fruitless, even to himself, there is always the potential that, some day in the future, his dear will finally meet his eyes. [attr="class","artemisplottertitleheaders"]They Beg Me To Write Them Quite frequently Artemis views the minds of young wolves as a sapling, or a ball of soft clay. The young are impressionable, easily influenced, when you treat them in just the right way. With enough time and mindful effort, any pup can grow to become whatever you wish them to be, no matter their origins or past. Ever cunning and manipulative, the Sanzin Suitess takes full advantage of this with all young ones she meets, whether they are of her own pack or not. When one wishes to contort the mindset of an entire stubborn pack, some can be changed, but some cannot. Why waste precious time on those who are hopeless? Instead, Artemis turns her attention to the young, the ones she can raise and train to be loyal soldiers and followers, the ones who have the most potential. She will attempt to do this to nearly every young wolf she stumbles upon, including those from other packs, which could lead to some rather heated situations should she find herself luring young wolves of other packs into the Sanzin lion den. [attr="class","artemisplottertitleheaders"]Devils Whisper In My Ear At this time, Artemis only has 1 out of 4 of her Ace positions filled in character, with the other 3 being faceless NPCs who are sometimes mentioned, but never by name or details. As she is a Suitess who finds her choice in Aces very important and would interact with them quite often, it would be great for the other 3 positions to be filled. I only currently have a general idea for one of them, and they may or may not be loosely claimed, but I will still list the idea here just in case. The Little Shadow: A strange choice in the eyes of those around her, Artemis has chosen a rather young wolf to take the role of one of her Aces. This wolf would likely be a young male, somewhere between 1 and 2 years old, of any trade minus Spade. Compared to most wolves Artemis keeps in her company, this wolf would be much more timid and soft-spoken, almost uncertain of himself. In truth, he isn't entirely sure why Artemis took an interest in him, much less promoted him to an Ace. But she sees potential in him that he does not see in himself. While he does have a good amount of strength/agility/speed, he doesn't yet have mastery over his own skills, which Artemis intends to change. Because of her seeing this potential in him and promoting him, he doesn't want to disappoint her, so he trains and does all that he can, not wanting to let her down. He looks up to her and is grateful to her, but he knows he has a lot of work to do. |
[attr="class","hollowplotternameheader"]HOLLOW
[attr="class","hollowplottertitleheaders"]You Don't Own Me Within his family lineage, arranged marriages have been a tradition for generations, a tradition that two of the youngest of the lineage, himself and his sister, have no interest in. While his sister walks her own path, Hollow feels no need to find himself a mate, nor does he truly have a desire to have children and pass on his line. At least, these aren't things he has felt were necessary or even possible for him. But his mother, after losing her own mate and the father of her two children, insisted that himself and his sister at least try to find love for themselves. Unfortunately, despite speaking as though they should do this themselves, she took matters into her own hands and formally introduced Hollow to a she-wolf, a hunter of the Au'Dar named Danali. Both his mother and Danali wished for this pairing, both for their own reasons. But not only does Hollow feel nothing towards her, he also doesn't mesh with her personality, as he sees why she wishes to be with him: reputation. Even though his mother and Danali herself walk around speaking as though the two of them are engaged, he does not share this sentiment and avoids her as much as possible. In wake of all of this, Hollow finds that perhaps love is possible for him, but not with Danali. Instead, over time, another gradually catches his eye, which does not sit well with Danali. The dramatic and pick-me that she is, she is sure to cause plenty of drama. Adoptable: Danali - Female Hunter of the Au'Dar - Talk to me for details! [attr="class","hollowplottertitleheaders"]You Will Come To Know It isn't an entirely unknown fact that Hollow isn't great with younger wolves, particularly pups. Especially if said younger wolves are not on the more soft-spoken side. While he can tolerate them for a short period of time, he doesn't typically choose to spend time with them. Though, despite him being an Avant Garde which don't typically take Apprentices, as he is a wolf who values knowledge and the passing down of knowledge to the next generation, it wouldn't be entirely strange if he were to be seen teaching things to younger wolves. But, specifically, there is the potential that Hollow could "unofficially" take on an Apprentice in a younger wolf. [attr="class","hollowplottertitleheaders"]Enemies |

[attr="class","malakaiplottertitleheaders"]If The Sky Comes Falling Down Kai lost his family when he was young, leaving him alone, an orphan in his pack. His only solace was found in the presence of two other pups near his age, Zero and Shepherd, who he came to view as his brothers. Nearly all of his time was spent with them, despite the obvious differences between him and them. Where the two of them were adventurous, daring, and rebellious, he was cautious, easily frightened, and hesitant in all things questionable. These differences came to a head the day the three were attacked by a lynx, and rather than act a fool and face the lynx head on as his brothers did, Kai ran. Because of this, the two of them viewed him as a traitor, a coward, and stopped associating with him, leaving him alone once more. But, just as he had before, Kai found a new presence to take comfort in, a male Rook in the pack named Caveras (Calaveras). Over time, he comes to view Caveras as a sort of father figure without doing so intentionally, even to the day when Caveras says that he is leaving the Vertok and wishes for Kai to come with him, leaving their pack behind...
